Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and appointment setting in the real estate sector. This role involves managing a pipeline of potential clients through cold-calling, email, and DM outreach, assisting in script development, and leveraging AI tools to enhance messaging effectiveness.
Core Tasks
- Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling / email / DM outreach
- Assist with the creation and interaction of scripts messaging with the help of AI
- Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking appointments
- Assist with the setup of lead scraping, outreach, and tracking tools
- Create / scrape lists of qualified leads and enrich data as needed for better results
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
- Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
- Perform other tactical sales and marketing-related tasks as needed
Must Haves
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience achieving quota in a sales outreach role
- 1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management
- Basic – intermediate skills with Excel/ G-Sheets for pipeline management/ reporting
- Familiarity with Dialpad or similar phone outreach tool
- Strong written and verbal English communication skill
Nice to Have
- Experience with outreach / appointment setting in the Real Estate industry
- Familiarity with Gmail / Outlook and/or Teams / Slack for internal comms
