Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wealth Management Associate to support our wealth management team in executing trades, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to clients. In this role, you will collaborate with the wealth manager to analyze market trends, prepare client presentations, and manage investment-related documentation. Your organizational skills and financial acumen will help streamline operations and contribute to a seamless client experience.
Core Tasks
- Executing trades on behalf of the wealth manager
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with client investment strategies
- Verifying that all trades comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Researching market trends and collaborating with the wealth manager
- Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for clients and prospects
- Analyzing financial statements, market data, and trends as needed
- Handling client issues and concerns with guidance from the wealth manager
- Completing and processing investment-related documentation
- Organizing administrative tasks, including email responses, calendar management
- Developing and maintaining workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Must Haves
- 3+ years of experience in a finance, equities, or banking-related role
- Active Series 7 License
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Comfort with data analysis, financial tools, and learning industry-specific platforms
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using project management tools
- Strong interest in financial services and wealth management
- Availability to work EST hours.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Background as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative (BDR)
