Sales Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in growing our customer base within the 3PL and shipping industry. This individual will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing a pipeline of qualified prospects, and driving revenue through outbound sales, upselling, and cross-selling efforts.

Core Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and exceptional customer service
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable solutions and that meet their goals and objectives
  • Develope a pipeline of strong prospects and manage and track outreach efforts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Must Haves

  • Proven phone sales experience, preferably in 3PL / shipping industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient tools for scraping / identifying leads and, and programming mass outreach campaigns
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast- paced environment
  • Extremely self- motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Good American or neutral accent
  • Operate in PH local time

Nice to haves

  • Proficient in CRM software such as GoHighLevel (or similar tools)
