Job Summary
As an Recruiting Associate, you will support the HR and Talent Recruiting Specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and managing the growing pool of job requisitions. You will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and recruitment-related tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the recruiting, and as needed, HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding and Employee Records:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of internal communications.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Help prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as needed.
- Participate in audits of HR processes and records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in recruiting, experience with zoho and Linkedin recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
