Recruiting Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Associate with proven experience in hiring for marketing roles to join our team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and managing top talent for our growing job requisitions, specifically within the marketing domain. Working closely with the HR and Talent Recruiting Specialist, you will ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Core Tasks

  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

    • Source and engage top marketing talent through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks.
    • Screen resumes and applications, ensuring alignment with marketing role requirements.
    • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
    • Maintain a well-organized talent pipeline within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Onboarding and Employee Records:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary documentation.
    • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions tailored to marketing hires.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including interview scheduling and calendar management.
    • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
    • Assist in crafting recruitment-related internal and external communications.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
    • Assist in preparing recruitment and HR reports as needed.
    • Participate in audits of recruitment processes and records.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for marketing roles.
  • Experience using Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent sourcing tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing roles, industry trends, and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
