Job Summary
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to achieve exceptional results through innovative strategies and precise execution. As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple client projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. Your role will involve managing deadlines, coordinating between teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will be the glue that keeps everything together, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that clients are kept in the loop at every stage.

Core Tasks
- Manage project timelines and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
- Facilitate communication to serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Utilize Asana to track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability across teams
- Keep detailed records of approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and project status updates
- Work closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep projects moving forward efficiently to coordinate deliverables
- Identify potential roadblocks in project execution and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them
- Verify that all deliverables meet client expectations and the quality standards before final delivery.
Must Haves
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) is required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus but not required
- Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of tools like Monday.com, Google Business
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or UX/UI principles
