Executive Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for an Energetic and Proficient Executive Assistant, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities for our executive team. Your core tasks will include managing a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will act as the primary point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and correspondence.

Core Tasks

  • Manage a calendar including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other docs
  • Coordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow up / action items
  • Assist with project mgmt (track deadlines/ milestones and coordinate to ensure success

Must Haves

  • 3+ years experience as an EA for chief executive (startup environment preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years experience with project management-related tasks and tools
  • Intermediate skills with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
