Business Development Representative

Core Tasks:
- Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling outreach
- Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking EA calls
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
- Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
- Perform other tactical sales and marketing-related tasks as needed
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years demonstrated experience achieving quota in a sales outreach role
- 1+ years experience using Go High Level (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management
- 1+ years experience with Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
- Familiarity with Dialpad or similar phone outreach tool
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with outreach / appointment setting in the Coaching / Crypto / Trading Industry
- Familiarity with Gmail / Outlook and/or Teams / Slack for internal comms
