Business Development Representative

Core Tasks:

  • Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling outreach
  • Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking EA calls
  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
  • Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
  • Perform other tactical sales and marketing-related tasks as needed

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience achieving quota in a sales outreach role
  • 1+ years experience using Go High Level (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management 
  • 1+ years experience with Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
  • Familiarity with Dialpad or similar phone outreach tool
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with outreach / appointment setting in the Coaching / Crypto / Trading Industry
  • Familiarity with Gmail / Outlook and/or Teams / Slack for internal comms
