Job Summary
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through cold-calling outreach, scheduling qualification calls, and tracking key metrics. If you have a proven track record of success in sales outreach and are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Excel, and Dialpad, we’d love to hear from you.
Core Tasks
- Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling outreach
- Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking EA calls
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
- Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
- Perform other tactical sales and marketing-related tasks as needed
Must Haves
- 2+ years demonstrated experience achieving quota in a sales outreach role
- 1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management
- 1+ years experience with Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
- Familiarity with Dialpad or similar phone outreach tool
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with outreach / appointment setting in the Banking / Finance Industry
- Familiarity with Gmail / Outlook and/or Teams / Slack for internal comms
