Sales Representative - Health & Wellness Brand

Job Overview

We are seeking results-driven and motivated Sales Representatives to drive sales and revenue growth for a rapidly expanding powerhouse in the health and wellness industry. This is a salary plus commission opportunity.

Core Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable products that meet their health goals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help in enhancing product offerings and creating new products that meet market needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven phone sales experience, preferably in the health supplements or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software such as Go High Level.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Basic – intermediate Excel or Google sheets
  • Ability to work in EST timezone
