Sales Development Representative

Core Tasks:

  • Assistant in pipeline management and hygiene in CRM
  • Schedule / reschedule sales calls for Client Execs as needed
  • Perform scripted follow-up with sales collateral when opportunities arise
  • Create pre-call research docs and draft post-call follow-ups
  • Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
  • Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
  • Perform other tactical sales and marketing-related tasks as needed

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience achieving quota in a sales outreach role
  • 2+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline management 
  • 2+ years experience with Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Gmail / Outlook and/or Teams / Slack for internal comms
