Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team with a focus on driving targeted outreach and building strong relationships with influencers and brands. This role involves researching and compiling lists of relevant prospects, managing outreach pipelines, and scheduling qualification calls aimed at securing meetings with our sales leadership.

Core Tasks

Research and build lists of relevant creators, influencers or brands for outreach targeting
Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through cold-calling or email outreach
Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
Filter in- or under qualified leads through phone conversation
Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis
Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed

Must-Haves

3+ years experience in influencer outreach /phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach role
Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmt
Basic – intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
