Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook ad campaigns, driving business growth through targeted marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and analyzing successful campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest advertising technologies.

Core Tasks

  • Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
  • Research, monitor, and post in relevant Facebook groups.
  • Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the design team for assets to leverage an A/B test in campaigns.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years managing paid ads campaigns on Meta.
  • Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communications.
  • Ability to work EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using AI software to create images using prompts (Midjourney preferred).
  • Certifications in Meta Ads.
